Curious whether there are cultural differences between the US and China approaches to advertising, in this respect: were there any advertisements by Chinese AI/tech companies during the Spring Festival that tried to "diss" their competitors, the way we saw during the US Super Bowl from Anthropic, directed at OpenAI? Or did Chinese companies focus only on their own strengths and value added across the consumer value chain?

It was more blatant product placement + hard selling. No dissing other competitors though. For example in one of the skits, the actor talked about using Ant’s AI doctor, but the MC urged everyone to get on Bytedance’s Doubao to win red envelopes.
